Why Text Is Easier to Remove Than Most Objects

Removal quality depends on how much untouched surface sits next to the area being rebuilt. Text is unusually good in this respect: letters are thin, so even a long headline is a narrow strip with intact pixels immediately above, below, and between every character. The AI always has close reference material to work from.

That is why text over a busy photograph often comes out better than a large solid object over the same photograph. The exception is a dense paragraph, where the lines are packed tightly enough that the whole block behaves like one large shape with little surviving surface inside it.

If a block of text does come out poorly, remove it a line or two at a time. Each pass restores surface that the next pass can then sample from.
